Term and Conditions

  1. Signing this document indicates that purchasers have read the following term and conditions

  2. Signing on the invoice or sales order indicates that purchasers have checked the item(s) that match parts and no damage observed

  3. Delivery to non-residential business addresses is subject to availability and fees may apply. Contact MotorCooling or Ace Auto Body Parts for delivery availability and order minimums for your program. Delivery charges are non-returnable and non-refundable.

  4. A $40.00 fee will be charged for each bad check. A 3% monthly charge will be made on the past due balance

  5. The C.O.D. payment term MUST to pay the same day as the invoice date. Fail to pay on the same day will be subjected minimum $20.00 delivery fee and a 1% daily charge

  6. Cash and Credit/Debit Card are acceptable for C.O.D. payment. Checks are only accepted for authorized customers

  7. All part(s) are sold as a replacement part(s). All part(s) are sold as OEM design. If part(s) do not match due to the circumstances of purchaser’s parts not design for OEM, part(s) sold by MotorCooling/ Ace Auto Body Parts are non-refundable and non-returnable. Purchasers will be subjected to pay the full amount for the item(s).

  8. Any claim cannot exceed the amount of purchase.

  9. Item(s) will hold in the warehouse only 24 hours from the purchased day. Past 24 hours will be subjected 20% restocking fee, and part(s) no longer to hold at MotorCooling/ Ace Auto Body Parts. 

  10. Claims must be made within the same day from the date of invoice accompanied by an original customer invoice copy

  11. Electrical parts are not returnable. All products can expose you to chemicals including chromium (hexavalent compounds), which are known to the State of California to cause cancer. For more information go to www.P65Warnings.ca.gov.

  12. Part(s) which have been damaged, loss original accessories, removal of original manufacture part, sanded, painted, altered, or returned without original packaging and label(s) is not returnable and not refundable

  13. Return part(s) are subject to a 20% restocking fee within 7 days on the date of invoice purchased. No returns are accepted after 7 days from the date of invoice, and it will be non-refundable. Without original invoice(s) is not returnable or refundable.

  14. Cancelation after the order has been placed will be subjected 20% restocking.

  15. Credit or exchange only for good return part(s).

  16. All shipments are subject to a national financing statement (UCC1) to be filed with the secretary of the State of California to perfect a security interest in named collateral and to establish priority I case of debtor default or bankruptcy

  17. Warranty claim(s) is voided if warranty label(s) have been removed, tampered with, or non-original package.

  18. All cooling parts have a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects. Buyers must provide pictures when available for defective items and have proof of purchase before filling a claim.

  19. In no event will MotorCooling/ Ace Auto Body Parts be responsible for direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special loss or damage of any kind, including but not limited to labor, paint, property damage, loss of time, lost profit or income, loss of use, and personal injury as a result of the use of its part(s). However, caused, MotorCooling’s/ Ace Auto Body Parts’s entire liability is limited to the purchase price of the claimed part(s)

  20. In the event of a warranty claim, the purchaser shall be responsible for the cost of labor, distilled water anti-freeze, and any additional parts required to complete the installation of the vehicle in which the radiator, A/C condenser, reservoir tank were originally installed

  21. The limited warranty does not apply to products that have been modified or altered in any way that affects the performance or design functions of the radiator

  22. The warranty does not cover electrolysis which is a stray electrical current flowing into or out of any part of the cooling system. The warranty does not cover damages to connection threads stripped or damaged during installation. The warranty does not cover damages engine damage caused by overheating of the cooling system, including the failure to monitor and comply with light gauges, or any other warning signals indicating an overheating vehicle

  23. The warranty does not cover any physical damages caused by collision, accidents, abusive handling, and freight damage

  24. The warranty does not cover failures due to external corrosion including salt air corrosion. The warranty does not cover improper installation or maintenance such as improper use of coolant other than the vehicle manufacturer's recommended coolant and water mix ratio

  25. Every order is based on the information the customer provided. Returning the wrong part(s) is subject 20% restocking fee. See 13.

  26. Refund through card will be subject to 6% of the transition fee. This includes 3% in and out. The refund might take 1-3 business days. MotorCooling and Ace Auto Body Parts do not have responsibility for bank transition. For more information contact with purchasers bank.
